Gaurav Chhaunker is a Certified Project Management Professional, PMP® and IBM Certified Cloud Computing - Infrastructure Architect and Cloud Solution Advisor with 9+ years of experience in Project Management, Independent Software Vendor Management (ISV), Virtualization and Cloud Consultancy, and serves as the Technical Marketing Lead for the Cloud Eco-system on the Citrix Ready Team @ Citrix. The Citrix Ready Team responds to more than 1500 partner requests a year which includes answering questions on partnering with Citrix, testing, licensing, integration efforts, certification and approval for entrance into the Citrix Ready partner program. The Citrix Ready program has over 600 partners and 20,000 products listed in the Citrix Ready Partner Xchange. As the Cloud Eco-system lead, he is deeply entrenched in Citrix engineering and product management to provide a smooth, streamlined process of getting partners integrated with the latest and greatest Citrix technology. He has more than 8 years of experience working with the various Storage and System Management Technologies and is a recipient of “Top” awards @ both IBM and HP. Gaurav holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering from the Kakatiya University, Andhra Pradesh, India and a Master degree in Computer and Information Science from Cleveland State University, CSU, Ohio, USA. He is very active in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Activities. In addition, he has around 16 patents in domains such as Cloud Computing/Virtualization/Storage and Smarter Planet.
