Craig Ellrod

Craig Thomas Ellrod is the leader of the Rock Star Technical Marketing Team for Citrix Ready. Craig sets the vision, goals and direction for the Ace Technical Marketing Team.  The team responds to more than 1500 partner requests a year which includes answering questions on partnering with Citrix, testing, licensing, integration efforts, certification and approval for entrance into the Citrix Ready  partner program.

The Citrix Ready program has over 600 partners and 20,000 products listed in the Citrix Ready Partner Xchange.  Each Technical Marketing team member is deeply entrenched in Citrix engineering and product management to provide a smooth, streamlined process of getting partners integrated with the latest and greatest Citrix technology. If the partner succeeds, then Citrix succeeds, so we foster an environment that is conducive to high technical knowledge combined with marketing savvy and cool stuff to get the message rocking the channels.

We love big ideas and are always on the lookout for the next big thing that can catapult the partner’s solution and put Citrix Ready on the map at the same time. Craig has more than twenty years of experience in the computer industry and has been at Citrix for over 5 years.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Craig is a Top Blogger at Citrix. He is also the founder of the Technical Marketing Group based in the heart of Silicon Valley, and runs a Technical Marketing Blog and Meetup.
