VP of HR Operations for Citrix, Brandy oversees HR Communications, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Information Management, Metrics & Analytics.  A 14-year veteran of Citrix with 25 years in systems software, Brandy came to HR in 2006 from product development where she lead teams in: usability, security services, documentation, globalization, QA, regulatory standards and software development life cycle management.  The HR Operations team is dedicated to delivering strategic HR products and services by focusing on the business requirements and holistic user experiences of their internal customers.  She earned her B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
