Attention Partners: My Citrix will be replaced on February 28 when it evolves into Partner Central, a new, exclusive web portal for partners.
At Partner Central, you’ll find everything you need to manage and enhance your Citrix partnership, including partner-specific resources, tools and programs to help you successfully sell Citrix solutions and products. You’ll still have access using your current password and once you’re inside the new site, you’ll experience an enhanced design and improved organization of your content to help you easily find all your program information and successfully sell Citrix solutions and products. Here’s what’s in store:

- Real-time News and Announcements: Stay up-to-date with the latest news from Citrix, including press releases, product announcements and industry news
- ‘What’s New’: Get to the latest and greatest information directly from the home page and never miss out on what’s new. Build your business and explore the latest updates to Partner Central.
- ‘Key Resources’: We’ve curated all the best content for you, so you can get right to what you need to manage and accelerate your business today
Integrated tool access
- Find the right tool for the right task. Partner Central lets you easily access your key tools from the main drop-down navigation menu as well as on the left side of every page on the site.
Valuable information organized by what matters to you
- Training and Certification: Develop your knowledge of Citrix products, technologies, best practices and sales techniques with an extensive array of training programs
- Sales: Build your success selling Citrix solutions. Review product price lists and the latest sales promotions and materials to help you strengthen your customer relationships and open new revenue streams.
- Marketing: Drive demand, generate leads and educate your customers about the benefits of the latest Citrix virtual computing solutions with customizable marketing campaigns and programs
- Licensing and Renewals: Manage your customers’ product licenses more easily than ever by accessing, allocating and activating all your licenses in a single location

Visit the ‘My Account’ area on citrix.com when you are wearing your customer “hat” and need to take care of tasks such as updating contact and company information, renewing product licenses and subscriptions and requesting technical support and reviewing service tickets. Also, with the single-sign- on capability, you can log into Partner Central and simply click on a link to check out the ‘My Account’ area.
